We are also committed to being completely transparent about what is in our formulas. . We strive to be as natural as possible, but we want our products to work efficiently. If a synthetic ingredient is necessary in a specific case, we make sure it is inspected and approved for safety.

Our mission is clear HIGH COSMETIC AGENCY is to create clean, safe and impactful products that are good for you and the planet. We are constantly searching for sustainable materials driven by performance. We collaborate with the most innovative laboratories and technologies to reduce our environmental footprint. We're not perfect, but we are 100% committed to making sustainable choices whenever and wherever possible within our clean beauty packaging. 

4. How do I recycle my products? 

We have two main goals: collect and recycle beauty packaging and educate beauty industry stakeholders on how to build more sustainable packaging and give back a little oxygen to our planet by giving away trees every time a customer returns their container box. recyclable now it is our clients' turn to plant and take care of their own tree, sign up for our recycling program here

We do not test on animals during any stage of product development.

6. What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, American Express, MasterCard and Discover, as well as PayPal, AmazonPay and Klarna.

7. Billing When will my credit card be charged? 

We will charge your credit card once your order is confirmed and settle the final amount on your credit card once your product has been shipped from our warehouse. 

8. Can I update or cancel my order?  

We cannot cancel orders once they have been placed on the website. However, we offer free returns on all orders in case you decide you no longer want your purchase after receiving it. 

9. What happens if my order arrives damaged? 

If your order arrives defective or damaged before opening, please retain the box, packaging materials and items inside and contact us at care@highcosmeticagency.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. If you can, also include a photo of the damaged items. 

10. What should I do if I have received the wrong product? 

If you receive an incorrect product, please retain the box, packaging materials and items inside and contact us at care@highcosmeticagency.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. 

11. Where does HIGH COSMETIC AGENCY ship to? 

Within the entire US territory.

12. What are the shipping options? 

We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders, as well as 2-3 business day expedited shipping for $9.99 per order.  Express shipping is not available for orders shipping to locations such as Alaska and Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Guam, or Puerto Rico. We currently do not support shipping to PO Boxes.

13. How is my order sent to me? 

All standard domestic orders are shipped via USPS ground shipping and typically take 3-5 business days for delivery. If you opted for second day shipping, your order will be shipped via UPS Priority Mail. 

14. How can I track the shipment of my order? 

You can track your shipment by clicking on the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can also find your shipping tracking number on the My Account > Orders page of our website if you are both logged in and had an active account at the time of purchase. 

15. Returns and exchanges what is the return policy? 

We completely understand and always want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. With this in mind, we are proud to offer free returns. If you receive products from HIGH COSMETIC AGENCY online that do not meet your expectations, please return unused or gently used products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.  

16. Are taxes included? 

Your taxes are charged at checkout and we are governed by the charge established for each State.    

17. Can I use my gift card? 

 If you have a gift card, it is valid in the US and you have the funds for your purchase, you can use it. 

18. Who do I contact if I need a copy of my invoice?
